You click our affiliate link to the store, make a purchase, and the store pays us a commission. We share part of that commission with you as cashback. Everything is tracked automatically when you're logged in.

After your purchase, cashback appears in your profile with "Pending" status. The store must confirm the purchase, which can take 30 to 90 days. Once confirmed, the status changes and funds become available for withdrawal.

We show the same "payment amount" as the official AliExpress affiliate report (Portals / API). That value is the commission base — it often excludes shipping and may differ from the product page price due to discounts and reporting rules. Cashback is calculated from that official amount; we do not arbitrarily reduce it. If it matches your Portals report, we are aligned with AliExpress.

In your profile, when your balance reaches the minimum ($5), you can create a withdrawal request. We process it within 3-5 business days and send the money to your specified details (e.g., PayPal).

Make sure you went to the store through our link and didn't use other promo codes. If everything was done correctly but cashback didn't appear within 48 hours, contact our support with your order details.

Yes. We publish live AliExpress promo codes — harvested daily from the official affiliate API, with conditions, remaining quantity and expiry dates — on our promo codes page. These codes are entered at AliExpress checkout and do not break cashback tracking, so you can apply a code and still earn cashback on the same order. Be careful with codes from third-party sources — those may void your cashback.
